    My fiance worked for a company for 20 years, the company closed giving him an option for a lump sum or pention. He choose to take half now and at age 55 his pention starts. We are due to be married soon, my question is, will i be entilted to rececive his benefits upon his death?

    Great question - it depends on how the pension was set up, so you should check with the pension plan administrator directly and get your answer in writing. The paperwork your future husband has from the pension plan should have contact information where you can follow up.
